After nearly a decade living abroad we decided at the beginning of the year that Summer 2019 we would repatriate back home to the USA.
Yet, God had a different plan!
Our journey living abroad continues as we begin doing the Lord’s work in Ankara, Turkey. David will serve as a Primary Principal with Oasis International Schools.
Abu Dhabi, UAE | 2009 - 2015
Hong Kong, SAR | 2015 - 2019
Ankara, Turkey | 2019
God's goodness has always exceeded our expectations, and his blessings are above what we could ever imagine (Ephesians 3:20).
Our life abroad has been a journey of faith, doubt and more faith. Relocating to a new country can be stressful and scary at times, but knowing our Father is there with us (Hebrews 13:5), leading the way, brings us peace and hope.
This new destination provides us with a new community to share God’s love with, and we appreciate your prayers and support (John 13:34-35).
OASIS is a division of NICS operating schools that emphasize morals, ethics, and values.
OASIS International Schools is committed to establishing and maintaining American-style, English-speaking international schools around the world, particularly meeting the needs of the expatriate communities.
OASIS has been in the international school business since 1983, and has affiliated schools worldwide.
Many of you know our love story! For those that don't - here's the short version:
David, originally from Ohio and Mallori, originally from California met in NYC in 2005. We married in 2008, and in 2009 took a leap of faith and moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Our plan was to originally live abroad for two years. Again, God had other plans - ten years later we're moving to our 3rd country and will continue living as expatriates!
We've been blessed to visit over 30 countries and we look forward to exploring more countries as a family.
THIRD CULTURE KIDS
We could have never guessed back when we "talked" about having kids that we would have children abroad!

Levi is a creative, funny, considerate, and sensitive boy. He loves creepy crawlies, reading, dancing, movies/drama, and robots. He likes to stay in hotels, enjoys asking us difficult questions and works hard in school.
Malachi was born in 2017 in Hong Kong. He is very active, dances anytime he hears music and has a great sense of humour. Malachi's first trip will be Summer 2019.
